The hotel is located 5 minutes' walk from the old town and all of the major sights in Tallinn.

The Unique Stay Hotel is housed in an old building that has been completely refurbished inside. The spacious lobby area is decorated in a contemporary style using bright colours, light woods and chrome. The hotel has 75 guest rooms in total, 17 of which are located in a smaller annexe building which is located approx one minute's walk from the main building. The guest rooms are medium sized and decorated in a very contemporary style, using bright colours and modern materials. All rooms have a PC with internet connection and are therefore suitable for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel's restaurant offers both regional Estonian and international cuisine and is decorated in a similar style to the rest of the hotel.
