The Stroomi is a large, purpose-built, Soviet-style hotel, somewhat reminiscent of an apartment block. The spacious lobby offers ample seating. There are two types of room at the Stroomi: Standard and Holiday. Even within each category they vary in size and colour. But even the smallest are decently sized and all feature a good range of facilites for this standard of hotel. The restaurant located in the basement of the hotel and serves traditional Estonian and international cuisine.
