Pirita Top Spa is the largest spa-hotel in Tallinn. It was renovated in 1999 and again in 2003 and is part of the Olympic Yachting centre, built for the yachting regatta of the 1980 Olympic Games. The hotel is housed in a large, concrete, not very attractive building that looks rather like a beached aircraft carrier. The large bright lobby is decorated in a contemporary Scandinavian style, with light woods and steel fittings. The reception desk is situated to the right of the entrance and ample seating is available on the left, next to the lobby bar. The medium sized guest rooms decorated in simple bright colours and have basic furniture, but all are in good condition, as are the bathrooms. The Marine class rooms have a sea view, the Standard rooms do not. The hotel's restaurant continues its nautical theme, specialising in fresh fish, as well as a range of international cuisine.
