The Reval Hotel Olümpia is one of the landmarks of Tallinn. The hotel was built in 1980 for the yachting regatta of the 22nd Olympic Games and it was completely renovated in 1997. One of the tallest buildings in Tallinn, it uses lots of glass and stainless steel in its construction. It has an impressive conference centre, a night club and a fitness center on the top floor that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Finland. The lobby is large, bright and decorated in a contemporary style reflected throughout the rest of the hotel. The reception desk is situated to the left of the main entrance and the lobby bar is on the right. All 390 guest rooms are good sized and well equipped. They are decorated in a Scandinavian style, using lots of light woods, attractive pastel tones and elegant furnishings. The hotels main restaurant - "Senso" - is on the second floor and offers a brasserie style buffet alongside a comprehensive a-la-carte menu. There is also a café on the ground floor and an English-style pub on the first floor.
