Location good - a few minutes walk to the main square. Couldn't find the air conditioning in the room even though hotel said there was a/c. Breakfast very good - good range of food available.
Top Tip
Really recommend the Troika Russian restaurant in the main square - great food and terrific atmosphere.

Fantastic situation right in the Old Town

The Beer Haus around the corner brews it's own beer - 7 different varieties. Try the Dunkles (dark one), but don't eat the pork !!!!!

The hotel facilities were good but the room cleaning and servicing left a lot to be desired. During our 6 night stay the beds were never made, the room was never cleaned and the towels were changed just once. We ran out of shower soap and toilet paper and the bathroom was never cleaned or the drinking glasses washed or changed. The room also overlooked the rear service entrance and it was often noisey early in the morning.
We felt that the hotel coud have given us a better appointed room as there were very few guests staying there.

We booked for 6 nights and as Tallinn is so small 4 nights would have been adequate. Take no notice of the infromation telling visitors that the taxi fare from the airport will be 70K, we paid 300K from the airport and 200k for the return trip. In fact as soon as you get in the taxi the meter reads 75K as the basic starting tarriff.

A quality hotel in an excellent Old Town location with friendly and efficient staff.
Top Tip
Try the combined bus and on-foot guided tour for a very good overview of Tallinn and it's history.
