The Domina Ilmarine occupies the two buildings of Friedrich Wiegand's Machine Works, which date back to 1881 and were renowned throughout the Russian Empire. The hotel's exterior and interior recall its industrial past while providing discreet accommodation and sumptuous comfort. The lobby is large, modern and bright. The reception desk is located directly opposite the entrance and there is a modest seating area available. The hotel also features a unique atrium with Palm Lounge, offering a warm and homely atmosphere. The guest rooms in the main building are new, fresh and well equipped. The ones in the annexe are split level, but decorated and equipped to the same standard as those in the main building. The hotel's main restaurant - "Il Marine" - is located on the ground floor of the main building and offers a range of international cuisine.
